Education & Background
Ms. McNulty received her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law and graduated cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as an Articles Editor for the Georgetown Law Journal. She is certified in Real Estate Finance and Investment by the New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate.
Before starting her own practice, Ms. McNulty completed a prestigious federal district court clerkship for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and worked as an Associate at the large New York City law firms of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle.
